The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary - is a small gated subdivision west of 58th Avenue and north of the Indian River Mall. Although not age restricted, most of the residents are retirees who like the peaceful subdivision with a small heated pool, clubhouse and 2 tennis courts. Homes in The Sanctuary were built in the late 1990's to early 2000's by GHO Homes, one of the best builders in the area. Homes are 2 to 3 bedrooms and range from 1600 SF to over 2000 SF and all are concrete block and stucco construction. About half of the homes border the central lake.
