In a real estate joint venture, our responsibilities are to identify the real estate opportunity, analyze the deal, negotiate terms, and complete the purchase. Once the acquisition is completed, we are responsible for managing and funding renovations, and placing a tenant in the property.

All these clients paid cash, but better returns are possible by using leverage with 20% down financing.
