Oaks of Vero

Oaks of Vero - is an affordable residential community on the western side of town with large lots, few restrictions and low fees. Homes in Oaks of Vero are CBS construction and range from 1600 finished square feet to about 3000 square feet. The community is a short distance from the Indian River Mall and the main shopping district. The original homes were built in 2005 to 2007 and construction halted during the downturn. Adams Homes is now building new homes in Oaks of Vero on the remaining vacant lots.
