Millstone Landing

Millstone Landing is a development in the southern part of Vero Beach Florida, started by Shelby Homes in 2006. The subdivision was half complete when the real estate market fell and construction of new homes was halted. Recently the clubhouse and pool have been completed and a new north side gate is now open. GHO Homes, Lennar and DR Horton have purchased the remaining vacant lots in the subdivision and are building semi-custom and spec homes. DR Horton is building "Express Homes" in Millstone South - a no frills starter home without customization options, but very affordable.
