Lakes of Sandridge

The Lakes of Sandridge is located in the northeast part of Vero Beach Florida, close to the Sand Ridge Golf Course. About half the subdivision was built in 2006, but new homes are currently being built by DR Horton on the remaining lots. Ocean access is a quick 10 minute drive across the 510 bridge to the barrier island. The town of Sebastian with it's river to ocean access is just north of Sandridge. Also close by are the Indian River County Fairgrounds where many activities are hosted on a regular basis throughout the year.
