Eagle Trace

Eagle Trace is an elegant collection of Mediterranean Style homes with luxurious appointments and extraordinary design. Some of the features of these newly built homes include: stone pillars, sweeping staircases, 12' ceilings, crown molding and gourmet kitchens. Eagle Trace is a gated private community, with included landscape care. Located in the northwest part of town, it is a short 10 minute drive to the Ocean or the Indian River mall. A second phase of the subdivision was built out in 2013, but a few new homes are being built on the remaining lots of Phase 3 on the east end of the subdivision.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
