Diamond Lake

Diamond Lake is a residential community of single family homes built by Lennar and US Homes from 2005 to 2010. It is located at Oslo Road & 53rd Ave. in southwest Vero Beach Florida. Diamond Lakes is a gated community surrounding two lakes, all homes with barrel tile roof, concrete block construction, and built to the 2002 hurricane code. The community has one and two story designs, the smaller 3 bedroom homes with 2,000 sq ft of living area, and the larger 5 bedroom models well over 3,000 sq ft of living area. It is considered a residential complex, in that it does not provide community pool or lawn care, but fees are low compared to neighborhoods with amenities.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
