Diamond Court Village - Is a newer development just east of Indian River Boulevard and north of the bridge to the island and beaches. A quaint gated neighborhood of only 50 estate homes, Diamond Court Village is near the Indian River, minutes to beach, Ocean Drive, shopping and restaurants. Many of the homes were built in 2007, but several remaining lots are being completed now by GHO Homes. The 3 and 4 bedroom home designs range in finished area from 2200 SF to over 3000 SF.
