Carriage Lake Estates is a gated community located off of 58th Avenue and 8th Street in Vero Beach Florida. Less than a 15-minute drive to the beaches, Carriage Lakes is one of the most convenient locations in Vero Beach. All of the major shopping venues, including The Indian River Mall, Lowes, Home Depot, Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart are less than a five minute drive from the gate. Carriage Lakes has a large community lake with a covered gazebo for residents to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The community is popular with families since many of the floor plans are 2 story and up to 3000 finished square feet.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
