Antilles

Antilles is a gated subdivision inspired by Caribbean architecture with 260 home sites, many with waterfront views. The homes are designed to be low maintenance in a community that offers tennis, clubhouse, pool/spa, exercise room, lawn care, cable and internet. Built to a luxurious standard, the homes are typically 2500 to 3500 finished square feet with tile or metal roofs and paver driveways and sidewalks throughout. Located between US 1 and the intracoastal waterway on the north side of Vero Beach- 10 minutes to shopping and 15 minutes to the beach. The final phase of Antilles is being built by DR Horton.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
