Provence Bay - is a gated community of newer townhomes on the east side of town, just south of the 17th Street bridge on Indian River Boulevard. Pulte Homes built phase 1 in 2007, consisting of 2 story townhomes with garages. A second phase consisting of one story villas was recently completed in Provence Bay. The homes are all CBS construction with tile roofs and paver driveways. Granite counters, tiled main living areas and stainless steel appliances are standard. Homes vary from 2 bedroom models starting at 1200 SF to 3 bedroom floor plans with up to 2000 SF of finished area. Amenities include a community pool and playground.
