Grand Royale

Grand Royale - is a 2 story condo complex built in 2002 that borders the Vista Royale golf course, but is not affiliated with the 55+ condo complex built in the 1970's. It is a popular community due to the modern construction and location on the east side of town with easy access to the beach & shopping. Grand Royale has single level & 2 level condos with garages or covered carport parking. Most of the Grand Royale condos have golf course or lake views and the second level units have high vaulted ceilings.
