Carolina Trace Townhomes in Vero Beach consist of 80 townhomes surrounding a central pond. Amenities include a swimming pool, numerous large Oak trees and manicured grounds. Each Carolina Trace townhome has 3 levels and each level has a patio or balcony. The homes on the center circle all have lake views from patios & balconies. Townhomes are either 2 or 3 bedroom. The 2 bedroom design has master suite on entire upper level, main floor contains kitchen / dining area, living room & 1/2 bath. Lower level has a second bedroom with it's own bath. 3 bedroom design has a master bedroom & bathroom & 2nd bedroom with it's own bathroom on upper level main floor contains kitchen dining room, living room & 1/2 bath. Lower level has 3rd bedroom with it's own bath. The non-gated complex is centrally located at the intersection of 43rd Ave & 16th Street.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs.
