Trillium

Trillium in Vero Beach, Florida is a gated community divided into two connected sub-communities: Brookfield and Anthem. Construction started in 2005 and Woodbridge homes nearly completed the project but GHO Homes purchased and built on remaining lots on the west side. The clubhouse has a heated pool, exercise room and lounge. All lawns and common areas are maintained by the HOA. Homes are CBS construction built to the new hurricane codes and come equipped with storm panels. Recent sales of homes in Trillium have ranged from $180,000 for the 2/2/2 models to over $280,000 for lake front 3 bedroom homes.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs.
