South Lakes in Vero Beach Florida is a gated community of homes built between 2005 and 2010. Ameritrend homes are constructed of poured concrete walls coated with stucco for wind resistance and energy efficiency. Situated near 58th Street & Oslo road, shopping at the Indian River Mall is 10 minutes north, and the beaches are 15 minutes to the east. Homes consisting of 3 - 5 bedrooms and ranging from 2,300 to 3,300 square feet are built on estate sized lots. Natural gas is built into every home for energy efficient heating, hot water and cooking.
