The Sea Watch Condo Community is an oceanfront 55+ (Senior Only Ownership) complex on the Vero Beach barrier island. The angled construction of the building allows most units to have an ocean view. An oceanfront community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts provide recreation. Each condo unit at Sea Watch has a deep garage with storage and room for 1 car and additional assigned uncovered parking is also included. The 5 story buildings have elevators to provide easy access to upper floors.
