Sea Oaks

Sea Oaks is a gated barrier island community set in a natural environment of live oaks and sabal palms. Platted in 1983 Sea Oaks includes several hundred residences on 125 acres. With the Atlantic Ocean on the east & the Indian River on the west, it offers a wonderful community in an unspoiled natural setting. Residential accommodations include ocean and riverfront homes & condominiums, lakeside villas, townhomes and tennis cottages. Sea Oaks lies within an unincorporated part of Indian River County, on the northern end of the barrier island, just south of the 510 bridge.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
