Robles del Mar - is a 3 story condo complex on the barrier in the central beach area. The spacious units (1600 to 2400 SF) all have 2 parking spaces in the underground garage and elevators serve the upper floors. An Olympic sized heated pool, tennis courts and clubhouse are situated on the south side of the 6 acre community, surrounded by huge live oaks and lush tropical landscaping. Robles Del Mar consists of 2 buildings of Spanish styling with arches, stucco exterior and large central plaza.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
