Lindsey Lanes

Lindsey Lanes in Vero Beach Florida is a residential community on the north western side of town. Homes in Lindsey Lanes range from 1400 finished square feet to about 2000 square feet. The homes were built from 2003 to 2007, by GHO Homes and are Concrete Block & Stucco (CBS) construction. The community is not gated and amenities are limited to landscaping in common areas, so fees are low. The 53rd Street Parkway a few blocks north of the Lindsey Lanes subdivision, gives quick access to Indian River Boulevard which leads to the 2 bridges to the barrier island.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
