Indian Trails

Indian Trails offers a variety of custom built home styles from contemporary Florida cracker to Victorian. The heavily wooded subdivision spans from the Indian River on the west side with community boat docks, to a multilevel beach side facility on the Atlantic Ocean. The luxuriously appointed homes range in price from $500,000 to well over $1,000,000 for riverfront properties. In addition to the beach side facilities, the central area of the subdivision has a clubhouse with lighted tennis courts and exercise room. Most residences in Indian Trails are located on quiet side streets that extend off of the winding central access road which allows for a more peaceful environment filled with tropical landscaping.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs.
