Cypress Lake Estates is a quiet residential community that surrounds a private lake north of 4th Street just east of 58th Avenue in Vero Beach. Conveniently located south of the Indian River Mall, WalMart and Home Depot. Homes were built in 1999 to 2002 of concrete block on generous lots. The lake is the central focal point for the subdivision. As you enter the subdivision off 4th Street, the community has a spacious lake front park for the use of it's residents to relax and enjoy the birds and tranquil view of the lake and it's fountains.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
