Baytree

Baytree Villas were built from the 1980's to 2005 on the Vero Beach Barrier Island, about seven miles from the Ocean Drive district of Vero Beach. Baytree is a pleasant, well landscaped, well managed island community. Villas are currently available from just under $500,000 (smaller and older villas west of A1A) to just over $1 million (larger, newer and/or east of A1A). Baytree Villas are well built, beautifully designed homes, most with luxury upscale features and small private pools. Pets up to 50lbs are allowed. Many of the newer floor plans center around a courtyard pool, giving privacy and lots of outdoor living space. Baytree is comprised of a total of 108 residences & extensive amenities including clubhouse, gym, 4 swimming pools, 2 of which are right on the ocean & 4 har-tru tennis courts. There is a full time maintenance staff.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs.
