Estuary

The Estuary in Vero Beach is a guarded - gated community of 89 home sites located just north of central beach on the barrier island. Canal and riverfront homes provide Indian River access for boating enthusiasts, while lakeside courtyards homes provide an affordable alternative. The Estuary's winding streets are lined with old oak trees and well maintained tropical foliage surrounds common areas. The subdivision's location makes it convenient to both Ocean Drive and the mainland from the nearby Barber bridge at Beachland Blvd. Several lots are available for new builds from custom home builders, but the community is close to build-out.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
