Island Club

The Island Club of Vero Beach is a barrier island community located on the west side of A1A about a mile south of CR 510 and 7 miles north of SR 60 (the Barber Bridge) with private accesses to the ocean and the river. This gated community contains 252 single-family homes divided into 2 sections. The first section, Oceanside at the Island Club was finished in 2001, has 131 one-story homes surrounding a large lake. The second section, Riverside at the Island Club, was finished in 2005, and has 121 one and two-story homes surrounding a second large lake. There are some great opportunities to purchase a modern home with tile roofs, paver driveways and many interior and exterior upgrades.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs.
