The Gables Condominiums in Vero Beach Florida consists of 2 buildings, with a total of 46 units, facing the Atlantic Ocean east of Ocean Drive. All units are direct oceanfront with the best views being from the upper level units. The complex underwent a complete rebuild after being damaged in the 2004 hurricanes. Because of this extensive renovation, all units are like new with everything from the concrete structure out, replaced with new components. Prices range from $500,000 for lower level units to $1,000,000 for top floor penthouse. A great choice for a near new condo with ocean view. Unfortunately, for the prospective buyer, Gables Condos are rarely available since it is such a well located & popular community.
