Amelia Plantation

Amelia Plantation is a gated community of custom built, eclectically designed homes in Vero Beach Florida. The homes are situated on 1/3 to 1/2 acre lots surrounding four lakes with fountains and lush tropical landscaping. Builders were required to space homes a minimum of 30' apart and use the most recent building codes and high quality materials following the architectural requirements of the community. Most of the homes have private pools since Amelia Plantation is a residential community without a central pool and clubhouse. Homes range in size from 2400 square feet of finished area to over 3500 SF. Amelia Plantation is 10 minutes north of the Indian River Mall, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Just a short drive to the beach. For the golfer this community is located near several public courses.

Allan and Kim were able to find us the perfect condo in about one hour’s time due to their complete knowledge of the real estate market in Vero Beach. Amazingly, we were able to go settlement in only 9 days due to Allen’s efforts. We have worked with many realtors over the years and none have worked as hard as Allen to service our needs. He showed great integrity and acted in our best interest every step of the way.
